I just learned that Tootsie Roll Industries has increased the cost of Tootsie Rolls this year, the first increase in 11 years. The new price is $19.50 per case. Please use the attached form for all Tootsie Roll orders. The same policy applies regarding minimum orders. Please destroy any old versions of the order form.
Councils can and should combine their orders to avoid paying shipping charges. Since they should be ordered 30 days in advance to assure on-time delivery, you should get your orders in soon.
I have also attached a new Tootsie Roll Apron order form. While apron costs have not changed, both of these forms are fillable using your computer – you can fill them out and print them.
